In my practice, I support adults aged 18 and older who are on a journey of healing and growth.
Whether you're seeking to process past trauma, including developmental, complex, or single-incident experiences, or are looking to manage anxiety and depression symptoms, I'm here to walk alongside you.
My goal is to create a safe and empowering space where you can explore your experiences, build resilience, and cultivate a sense of well-being.

In supporting couples, I draw from Gottman research and relationship principals as well as incorporating elements of imago relationship therapy and EFT couples techniques while working with couples. I also use “Non-Violent Communication” techniques to help couples improve their communication and relationship quality.

Major life transitions can present enormous personal challenges. Whether it be marriage, divorce, becoming a parent, career changes or loss, health challenges or something else, I can provide emotional support, help you build coping skills, enhance problem solving and set goals.
With my support, I can help you gain the tools and perspective you need to navigate life transitions successfully and emerge stronger on the other side.

Additionally, I can provide guidance and support as you cope with grief and loss by providing a safe and supportive space to process emotions, explore the complexities of loss, and develop healthy coping mechanisms.
Through guidance and empathy, I can assist you in understanding your grief, finding meaning in loss, and help you to move forward.

I have experience and competence in working with both Neurotypical individuals as well as those who are Neurodivergent, such as those on the Autism Spectrum, those who have ADHD and ADD, and those who relate to HSP (Highly Sensitive Person) traits.
If you are Neurodivergent and looking for a therapist who understands the unique challenges you face and who has a breadth of knowledge and tools to help you thrive, I would be honored to be the person you choose to work with.
